Is Berklee College of Music good school..?
I've gotten scholarship offers from Berklee College of Music but none from other universities(VT and University of Maryland CP)..People say I should take the scholarship from Berklee and go on with music career but I just feel like Berklee is just some random school wanting to look like Julliard…about 10 people I know applied to Berklee, 8accepted, and 5 of them have gotten scholarships..I just feel like they give you scholarship in your freshman year just so that you can attend there later on without scholarship, which costs a lot of money..If I am willing to pay VT or CP(they both got decent architecture/aerospace) which school would you recommend? also, what kind of jobs did grads who majored in Guitar/Composition get?(Not talking about those rare students every 20years like steve vai or John Petrucci, just regular/decent student)
Jake K//I dont even need to comment on you.. you're just an idiot…
Berklee these days is known for accepting anybody who can pay, but it is still a good school which attracts many talented people. This makes Berklee an interesting place, because you have students there who can barely play their instrument going to school (I've met them) with people who will become some of the best musicians on earth..

You're not getting in if you can't spell Berkley right.
